Yes, it may be another "fad" diet, but I have a lot to lose both ways, so I'm giving it all I have.

Missing Comments
Just a quick post on this Sunday morning before I'm off for the day.
I've noticed some comments are missing since the blogger outage. If you left a question, please leave it again, as I know I didn't get to some of the comments from midweek!
I'm in my third day of a six day attack plan. I'm starving. The salmon dinner just didn't cut it. I followed up with some turkey. The book says cravings fall after the third day. I hope it's true. I'm putting myself to bed early in hopes of sleeping it off. I'm glad that I've been good ... and I like my outlook plan. Tell me that the hunger pangs really do end. Thanks for sharing your story on the website.
Hi Catherine, I too felt terrible the first few days and your hunger pains do go down, make sure that you are eating enough also. For me I just could not look at another piece of meat. I am going to try and get the cook book. Looking online it gave me some really good ideas to make the food taste better and to mix things up a bit when on the Cruise phase. 2 weeks in and I feel great.
